We are currently processing the residential quarterly billing. Until this process is complete, we are not able to accept payments over the phone or by our online payment system. Please try back after April 10, 2025. We make every effort to process the billing as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience. Residential accounts with any unpaid balance will receive a 25% penalty.
